Markus Uhr

A Complex Mirror of Society “VARIOUS THINGS ABOUT LOVE” is a series of approximately 400 works on paper by the Swiss artist Markus Uhr (born 1974 in Baar, lives and works in Leipzig). The series consists of torn-out magazine pages certain details of which captured Uhr’s attention; the pages are painted over in black ink, highlighting only the part of the image that interested Uhr most.
