Strategic alliance has become much usual term within the business language all over the world during the last decade. Now a day the alliance is increasing to achieve different types of objectives in different business sectors. The telecommunication sector also expands their business in different countries by doing alliances with local company or investing directly. In this study, we presented a clear framework that present the idea, motives and objectives for entering a strategic alliance within two or more companies.
